Training leaders remains one of the church's greatest challenges. Having led a local church, and worked alongside church leaders nationally and internationally, I am convinced that we must continually strive to equip the new generation of leaders. These training events will assist us, as churches to challenge, nurture, develop, and inspire people not only to lead, but to lead with excellence.
